Who we are

We have been in business for over 25 years working in both the private and public sectors. We work across the UK and overseas and we manage our services from our office based in North Shields, in the North East of England, supported by our customer focussed operations team. We are a team of well qualified experienced consultants who enjoy working in partnership with our clients to improve the performance of their organisations through the development of their people.

We believe that excellence comes from having a thorough understanding of the needs and expectations of our clients. We value our clients, we believe in forming open, healthy working relationships based on mutual trust and a commitment to succeed.

 

Our approach

We prefer to spend time in an organisation getting to know its people, its challenges and its needs and expectations. This understanding helps us to design interventions that meet the identified needs which fit the organisation's culture. In delivering these interventions our approach is highly participative, grounded in practical application, using underpinning theory with real examples that directly relate to the organisation.

 

We also need to know we have 'made a difference' so we design an evaluation process as part of our approach.

We take pride in creating supportive environments where people can try new skills, take some risks, share views and perceptions, and debate actions in confidence.
